Delivery Procedure
We offer free shipping service on all orders in Turkey. All orders are insured and shipped. After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking details. You can follow the status of your order by clicking on the link in the e-mail. Your order will be shipped to your address within 15 – 21 working days. Items in stock are shipped within 3 to 7 business days. The shipping time for out-of-stock products may vary depending on the production time.
Once the order has been placed, you will have 2 hours to make any changes to the order through the system, including cancellations.

Return & Exchange Procedure
You can not return item purchased from Lux Atelier however you can replace the design you have purchased within 5 days after informing us by email within 2 days maximum, the replaced item should be in a new and unused form, with all protective materials and labels. We recommend that you send us your return/exchange products with a commitment. The products are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Lux Atelier team and the return/exchange fees belong to the customer. No liability is accepted in case of loss on delivery. Once your return has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received the returned product, Our team will inform you about the process in detail.
*Return/exchange of personal orders is not accepted.
*Luxatelierint does not accept returns/replacements in case of any signs of wear, use and/or change in the product other than its original condition.
*Since ring orders are produced according to the size of the person’s own ring, returns/exchanges are not accepted in the ring category.
